Photographer's Statement
Capturing life’s moments through photography is not a process that requires analysis or contemplation; it comes from a place of “no mind” – an innate awareness of the essence of an image – capturing not only what I am seeing but also what I am feeling.
Anyone can take a picture. By combining artistic vision with technical skill, I capture not only images but the memories that tell your story. Let me be your storyteller and capture your memories unlike any other photographer can.

About the Photographer
Art has always been a passion in Bill’s life. Light, composition and movement are the fundamentals on which he bases all of his photographs. Bill has a relaxed "hands off" approach, which allows him to intuitively capture natural images. Photographs of your wedding day should not be staged, but impart realism and reflect the essence of the moment. He has a unique ability to bring out your best by putting you at ease and making you feel relaxed in front of the camera. His unique photojournalistic style has a sensitive, artistic edge.
He uses top of the line Canon digital equipment allowing you to know immediately that he has captured that perfect moment in time. In addition, he recently received five awards from WPPI. He travels extensively and attends several photography seminars and workshops each year. He recently completed an international workshop led by nationally acclaimed wedding photographer, Denis Reggie. Bill took his first photography course 28 years ago and has continued his love of art through this chosen medium. It is his hope that you will enjoy these “signposts” of his artistic vision.

Leah’s strong creative mind and artistic talents are what fuels her passion for photography. With a Bachelor of Arts in Photography and Art from Carson-Newman College, Leah has accomplished a well rounded education in her field. In her photography as well as her paintings, Leah always utilizes her knowledge of the fundamentals of art and design.
What sets Leah apart from other photographers is that she submerges herself in the emotion and feeling of her surroundings. She has an astounding ability to capture the true emotion of her subjects and helps them to feel content in front of the camera.
